What we store

Account: your email address and, if you share it with Sign in with Apple, your name.
Devices: the Apple push token, device name and app version of each iPhone you sign in on, so we can deliver pushes.
Groups: group names, members and invite links.
Alerts: the subject and description that senders post to your groups, and who acked or closed them.
Sign-in codes: a hash of each emailed code and the IP address that asked for it, kept for one day to stop abuse.

What we don't do

No ads, no tracking, no analytics SDKs. We don't sell or share your data. Pushes go through Apple Push Notification service; sign-in codes are sent by our own mail server.

How long we keep it

Closed alerts are deleted 7 days after they are closed.
Sign-in sessions expire after 90 days.
When you delete your account (Settings → Delete account), we remove your devices, sessions, sign-in methods, memberships and the groups you own. We keep your email address with the account marked closed, so the same email can sign up again later.
